life's so complicated

lots of stress these days, but luckily there's always things to make you burst out laughing just thinking about them. like comments from awesome kids when faced with challenging situations.

awesome 4-year old no. 1, after getting stung by mystery insect on the playground and developing alarming welt:
"the fly came and then it bit me. it hurts!! i'm NEVER going outside again!"

awesome 4-year old no. 2, after unknown kid falls on his head on the playground and then has a choice whether to go to the farmacy with kid no. 1 or stay behind to play:
"i don't want to stay here, what if another kid falls on my head?!?"

one more (added later): yet another awesome 4-year old, as we are driving towards a storm, even though she's clearly afraid of the thunder and spectacular lightning bolts ahead of us:
"but where's the problem? ...the thunder's a kid too!"
