wtf. peta is now using kkk as a gimmick?!

OH. MY. GOD.

i knew it couldn't last long... 'cause i actually thought one of the latest peta campaigns was getting somewhere -- their" sea kittens" thing is actually witty, subversive and thought-provoking (just barely - which, for them, is saying A LOT).

this, though?! it's utter, complete crap of the lowest rank. if there's one progressive veg*an out there who still supports peta, i just have to ask you - WTF? what will it take - each time they come up with one of these offensive, staggeringly stupid campaigns i think: now they've finally gone too far... how can anyone still support this group?!?! but people do, and then next time it gets worse. seriously. it's our responsibility to disown them loud and clear!

Frankly, I don’t believe that PETA loves animals, with all the complexity and interdependence that love entails. I believe that they only love preaching and grandstanding on the subject, in a very specific human-egoic way.
