some ideas for a vegan feast
no xmas cooking for me this year, but here are a couple of the things i made recently, which could be part of a festive spread:
the spinach-romaine-arugula salad in this holidays menu [ro] that i co-created:
stewed eggplant and tomatoes, south italian-style (but with pita bread):
my usual weekend brunch of scrambled tofu, shown here with sides of warm spinach, lentil sprouts topped with tapenade and a lemony tomato salad:
and - even more appropriately - 3 dishes i made for a farewell party (apparently i only took photos of the yellow ones! but they were also the tastiest) :
