didn't have time to take pretty pictures. but these taste AMAZING. trust me. possibly in the top 5 best sweets i've ever made/had. :D




for everyone requesting recipes - i don't really have time to write them down right now, and i don't think i should post them anyway as they're straight out of the latest post punk kitchen book and i wouldn't feel good about just copying them on here. so either come to my workshop next saturday at ladyfest bucharest if you can, or email me and i'll send you the instructions :) i., don't worry, we'll talk! :) i will say both of these are very much along the lines of the basic vegan cake recipe with filling along the lines of the basic vegan mousse - just great variations on them (the tiramisu is supposed to have a "vegan cream cheese" frosting but i used tofu and soy yogurt instead of cream cheese and it worked fine, and the hazelnut cupcake has ground flax seeds as extra binder).
