still amazing (not me, fishbone)

as the last month of my youth winds down inexorably, i recollect the gentler times of yesteryear...

and the awesomeness personified that is fishbone, their live performances - equaled by none - and the song "ma and pa," to which i'm listening obsessively:

once again. it pretty much defined a whole era of my life, i hear this song and i am 10-12 years ago. sigh.
