us military bases and romanian (and bulgarian) war involvement

hey, romanians. what do you think of those us military bases at the black sea? and what about the romanian involvement in iraq? 'k, read over here: luiza says, "It's a little late for the bases, sealed contract and all, but if 4,999 people would like to get together and ask that Romanian troops be pulled out of Iraq ASAP, I'm game." well if enough people said this and did something about it, there'd be an actual protest. so how about it, y'all (and by "you all" i mean you, personally)?
